"I've brought two of my cats here to be neutered. Making an appointment on their website is simple. The pricing is fair, and it is a lifesaver if you're on a fixed income. They email you all the information on what to expect at the drop-off. The day or so before, they will send a confirmation text. The staff was friendly and informative. I felt my cats were in good hands when I brought each one in. Afterward, they let me know what to expect the few days after the surgery. All in all, both times I've been here were good experiences. If I need to, I'll definitely be back in the future."
"San Diego Affordable Spay and Neuter is exactly what the name says. Great prices, super friendly staff, and they treated my Coco with love."
"It was a mistake coming here. It is NOT worth the small amount of money saved. I regret what I did in taking my cat here. It was loud, dirty, smelly, chaotic, crowded, under construction. Took 1hr to check in since they do mass group appointments. When I was picking up my cat there was a dog coming back to be rechecked due to a bleeding surgical site and the staff was uninterested in helping, causing a scene. When I checked in I let them know I'd like to get the rest of the vaccines my cat needs, they told me they need proof of his first shot or they can't do it. I couldn't produce proof within that quick check in so no vaccines, that's fine I'll go back to the real vet. The problem is their explanation when I suggested they tell people ahead of time to bring proof of prior vaccines was that .. "everyone just knows that, it's california law" ... ??? Then they pointed to a line in the pre-appt email that said "proof of rabies is required for all dogs at time of drop off" ... ??? Idk what they're smoking. It's just not worth the savings. It's not a savings if you're paying with time and stress and possibly subjecting your pet to subpar care."
"June 27, 2023 I brought my Cat Pixie for a spay, we dropped her off at 11am and got her around 6pm which was fine with me. Everyone was very polite and informative. I saw a few questionable reviews so I was nervous about bringing my Cat here but I'm very happy with their work. It was about $160 for the spay including a few additions. I would 100% come here again if I ever get another Dog or Cat. And the place seemed very very clean, even the back patio. My cat came out a little loopy but still her confident self, I can tell they took good care of her ❤️"
