"My Murphy was experiencing "mini seizures" when I walked him in the sunlight. His mobility was also very poor, with severe arthritis limiting what he could do. As a nearly 14 year old dog, he had other health issues as well. I was so concerned he had reached his end of life, I could hardly bear it! Dr. Rose spent time just observing Murphy's behavior. She pointed out several things I hadn't noticed myself, including the peculiar tilt to his head. A brain tumor or injury was suspected. After a chiropractic treatment, she also did acupuncture. My Murphy, who was always highly stressed at the veterinarian's office, actually laid down on the floor and fell asleep! After treatment, he was like a new dog. We enjoyed a romp on the dog beach in Santa Barbara for my birthday! Dr. Rose also prescribed an anti-seizure medication that prevented him from having further episodes. I can not express how meaningful it was to me to have a few more good months with Murphy. To see him run again in the sunlight meant the world to me!
