"May, the pharmacist, is amazing. We have been coming to this Walgreen store for the past ten years. May is very professional and so kind. I came in today to get vaccinations for my loved one with dementia. We were told by the pharmacy tech the wait was 1 hour. We took a seat to wait. 15 minutes later May called us in to the vaccination room. That made such a difference for us to have May provide accommodation for us to expedite our wait time. Everytime I come in the pharmacy staff is always busy. I know their workload is heavy and stressful. I'm sure it can be a thankless job at times with never-ending demands from customers. I just wanted to let May and the rest of the pharmacy staff know that their efforts don't go unnoticed, and that they are appreciated. Jerry Hall"

"Complete disorder in the pharmacy. Terrible Customer experience (they don't answer the phone in a timely manner, disorganized, minimal customer service experience and poor service) I encourage someone from Walgreens Corporate to go see for yourself how bad the service is. Will be going literally anywhere else. Waste of time."

"It is pathetic of the wait time to speak to someone at the pharmacy department and also a ridiculous wait time on the line to pick up your medications. I see elderly people can hardly stand waiting on that long line. It was not like this before but the last 10 months it’s been terrible and only getting worse. I have also noticed the hard working pharmacist working the hell out, non stop, the assistant are as well. Definitely need the extra help. Walgreens needs to step up the game!"
