"My experience with the veterinarian was wonderful. The apointment went great and she was lovely. The problem is that the office never submitted my results with OFA. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to post. It's been 7 weeks and they haven't even sent the paperwork in to OFA. Starting at 4 weeks, I called the office each week to check the status of my testing. They assure me that they will expedite my request and call me with an update but nothing ever happens. I've called 4 weeks in a row and they have still not sent in my results. I'm starting to suspect that my results have been lost but no one wants to take responsibility. Why else would there be this endless delay? As lovely as the veterinarian is I would recommend you look elsewhere for OFA testing. What good is testing if the results never get submitted?"

"Waited for over 45 min to be seen and kept saying it would be a “couple more minutes” due to an emergency patient they were treating. I was supposed to have my dog’s OFA X-rays done and after reading the horrible reviews here about never getting the x-rays submitted to OFA I decided to leave. I’ll be going somewhere else."

"Add me to the list of people waiting for their OFA test to be transmitted. It has been over 2 months and still waiting. It took 5 months for an appointment, 3 hours to sit in front then to be told they have an emergency and cannot see you. I understand the emergency but to be reschedule on another day and promised and told to wait again for more than 2 hours even with the promise come in at 8am so we can X ray him before the patients start coming in. Yes, everyone was nice while you are waiting. But to still be waiting for the transmission of your OFA test for more than 2 months with no knowledge of when it will be transmitted is simply unacceptable. I waited, I paid and still waiting. Just wonder how many inches of message paper is on Debra's desk waiting for her to call us back."

"We have been coming here for decades to OFA all of our Rottweilers. We have sent ALL of our local puppy buyers here for decades to OFA their dogs. DO NOT go there unless you want to never get your results. We did xrays on 9/2, I finally talked to Debbie the end of December and she said they were being sent out. Now a month later I spoke with OFA and they have not received the xrays. Called the vet AGAIN and they said they will relay the message. This is absolutely unacceptable. We have always used Debbie because she is so good and gentle with the dogs. But to go 5 months without results is unbelievable. I have no words for how frustrating and disappointing this is."

"If you are looking to do OFA or SV stay away. As of the time of writing this it has been 4 months since the exam and they have yet to submit the results. Every time we call they only take a message and say they will return the call but they never do. We visited the office multiple times in hopes to get a quick response and were unable to speak with the doctor and the receptionist was unable to help us. This is disappointing because they were great when the x-rays were taken but as soon as we payed they stopped communicating and started avoiding us. If we could submit the results ourselves we would but they are the ones that have to submit so we are at a standstill, all they have to do is send an email, so frustrating."
