"I started on "Zoomprov" during the pandemic and have been enjoying in person classes for a year. The classes have about 12-14 students and I learn from watching my classmates as well as from doing the exercises. "Yes, and..." has become integral to my healing. Improv is the best mindfulness exercise I have ever done. I get to experience being in the moment. One thing I appreciate is the opportunity to set personal boundaries in terms of physical contact and content. I have had several classes with both Darren and Richard. They love teaching and provide a good blend of positive and constructive feedback. When you consider the price is $10 per hour, the value is incredible. I can barely get a decent drive thru meal which doesn't even last an hour for that price. If you have ever wanted to see what improv is about come to one of the Free Workshops.
