"The students came to give free haircuts for my Senior Properties in Long Beach. The students did a great job with cutting hair when they showed up. On many occasions the residents was promised free haircuts, the Academy never showed up nor did their instructor Luis bothered to call to say they were not coming. It was always a communication problem... When trying to reach the instructor that directed the students to see if they were coming, I never got a response. I was ignored completely. Very unprofessional.. The haircuts was great, the communication with the instructor is disappointing and very unprofessional."
