"Don’t waste your time! I’m currently on my fourth attempt to be referred to this facility. The first referral was worded incorrectly and it was rejected. I was asked to go see my doctor again and have her state transfer of care to correct the issue. She resent my referral and it was rejected again with the same feedback indicating that the doctor did not review the updated referral language (Dr. Myra Hu). This happened again when my doctor sent a third referral (now over 1.5 months of my time and effort). I then asked to be referred to another doctor in this facility and asked for a supervisor to contact me. I left a message on a supervisors voicemail and have not received a call back. I can recommend the hospitals and primary care doctors, even their urgent care, but not this facility. Very poor response and patient care. I should not be batted between my primary care and this facility in my attempt to get care. The medical professionals should be able to handle the referral part without me. I am now seeking a non-Sutter Neuologist to try and receive the care I have needed since my first referral attempt."
