"I am not happy of communication of his team, in the event of emergency wherein Dr is not available, no one from his team to reach out to pt.’s kin, we need to book transport, it’s far from our place and when you reach that’s it we re-schedule you, again we need to wait for the transport because they’ll be back after an hour. It’s very inconvenient to the patient most especially, no sincere apology from the front desk. Operator was being called prior to appointment letting know we’re on the way, she even ask for patient details to be ready but not also aware the non availability of the doctor. What kind of system you have?"
