"I made an appt with a doctor, and was switched to another. The office mgr, Ivy Brantley, told me I didn't know the doctor I'd requested. I can't know what she meant because that was my 1st ever visit. When I insisted on the Dr. I'd requested, she said if I did it again, I would not get my lifesaving meds! When I went on the new date, Ivy Brantley had canceled it saying, I'd hung up before it was given - yet there I stood on the date given. Now, I tried to reschedule and was told I'd need to pay $20 for the missed appt (that she hadn't made) even though it is not in their printed policy, nor posted to patients in any way. I reminded that I'm a senior on a fixed income, and Ivy said I would not be seen at all until I paid it. The doctors seem good (I researched) and I'm old and sick, but it is not worth being treated like trash by Ivy. And I see that she (Ivy Brantley) is on here giving a high rating as though she too is a patient!"

"Don’t even like the fact that I have too rate them with 1 Star! WORST PLACE TO FOR A OB!! Or to go for anything in general! Let me start of with the ultrasound machine, it is very old and to top it off the technicians do not know what they are doing! While getting the ultrasound they are not informative of how your baby is doing whatsoever, which is what you look forward to in all your appointments to know how baby is doing and be able to see the baby! If they don’t find the heart beat of the baby they assume the machine is not working and don’t do further examination which is very dangerous because the baby could be dead but they rather not even bother to worry! Which I know has happened in another case already! This case has already been posted here as well by another patient! To top it off they always have students in the very small room and leave you in their for almost 1 hour practicing not even caring on the patient but on their students to learn. If you are looking for the same doctor that is doing the OB to deliver the baby as well this clinic is not for you! They do not deliver babies and that’s another thing they don’t let you know. The office itself is not organized at all!! I highly don’t recommend for anyone to go there! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I am 20 weeks pregnant and have already transferred to another clinic. Transferring has been a struggle because they don’t want to release your medical history unless you pay a fee! Wished I had never came upon this clinic and I sure think they shouldn’t even be in business!!!!!"

"This place is horrible I hate it the owner needs to buy a new ultrasound machine and tecs that knows how to use the machine I went tuesday may 29 18 then had an appoiment at another clinic 06-6-18 just a week after i had gone to my regular visit and got an ultrasound and turns out my baby is dead for five weeks already i am not saying that its the clinics fault my baby died but how did they not see my baby didnt have a heart beat on my last visit if it was already dead its ridicules and thats not it i have to get a d&c its the prossedure to get the baby out on monday and the clinic did not send my information until i fought them for not sending it and its now 6-13-18 and i still have the baby inside me its not healthy for me in any way i have to wait for friday now this clinic sucks i dnt recomend it in any way"

"This place is the most horrible place I have experienced as a patient. The nurses and receptionist are the rudest persons ever, they are so disrespectful. They say they are going to do something and they do another. I suggest to not come to this clinic. Save your time and your energy because they take forever to attend you. These people seem as they have no professionalism."

"Worst place to go for ob. The ultrasound tech doesnt explain to you what's going on and she seems like doesnt know what she's doing and you dont get to see your baby on the ultrasound, she just quickly does measurements and that's it, Not to mention the crappy ultrasound machine. The worst experience. I definitely would not recommend going there if you're pregnant looking for ob care"
