"Unfortunately I have to give 1 star for poor customer service. They need to work on their intake calls. I booked an appointment for an ultrasound which is listed as a service on their website and registration form. I received a call the next day by a young lady, which is expected but after answering her questions and her putting me on hold several times she came back saying they cannot offer the ultrasound. I asked why and she didn’t know, her response was that’s what the midwife told her. I let her know I think there must be a misunderstanding of what I need, it was like a bad game of telephone. I asked to speak to the midwife or someone more experienced and she said I “might” get a call back. I never did. I booked the appointment at another clinic and their intake call was much easier."
