"One star review for the office etiquette. They received a referral from my OB. Told me to come in at a certain day and time. I simply let them know I am unable to come on that day. The lady on the phone laughed at me and said The Dr is a very busy man and I need to "make it work" or find someone else. It was very rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. If you're going to work with helping people, learn how to be compassionate or find a new career field."
