"When I was referred to Dr. Cunningham by my general doctor I was impressed with how quick I was able to get an appointment. Multiple other offices we unresponsive or booked out way too far. She has been very thorough in explaining all lab work and why certain diagnostic procedures are necessary. Because of my insurance coverage being weak I tend to try to save where I can. Dr. Cunningham and her office staff have been very accommodating to my needs and requests. I would highly recommend this practice."

"Poor service and communication. The individual who handles the phones is untrained and unaware of basic medical terminology. Statements he makes do not seem to make it back to the doctor, so we end up wondering if either the doctor doesn’t care or if he says things just to end the conversation. There’s no doctor on call, so calling on a weekend or after hours is an exercise in futility. If the doctor isn’t available, her absence isn’t communicated by either her or the staff ahead of time. No recommendations or arrangements for coverage during those periods of absence are provided. Cancer is hard enough to deal with. Save yourself some grief and choose a provider who will treat you like somebody who is in pain."
