"Dr. Behl is personally a great doctor. But if you visit him, in addition to his fees, Sutter Health/Alta Bates will also charge you a facility fee (in-person) or a telehealth fee (online). These fees are poorly advertised, and they're bad because they make costs unpredictable, even if you have health insurance: in addition to a predictable co-pay that you pay to Dr. Behl directly, you also pay a facility/telehealth fee to Alta Bates, and you really have no idea how much it will be until the bill comes. This discourages sick people from getting the care they need -- from an oncologist!"
