In this day & age, it is rare, to find, a doctor, who actually read through my chart, before seeing me, sat down, in front of me, listened to what I had to say, & made a plan of action. "This guy left practice in December leaving critically ill patients and their new physicians with no access to their medical records. The phone # he gave to patients to access records was a corporation that blew patients off when records were requested. Primary care doctors had to reorder expensive ultrasounds to re-diagnose patients for new referrals to other nephrologists. He has the nerve to open up a new practice in April. My dad was due for a follow-up in January and we could not get it with the new nephrologist until April because of Dr. Basilla's indifference to patients."
