"The response to Crystal Gem Town is literally what she said to me, so I know this was her real client. She likes to throw around the word "harassment" and "calling the proper authorities", like the police and the VA who referred her.She said she was recording our conversation which I was fine with. The only one that sounded rude was her! I never threatened her except to say that i did not want her services for my husband which is my right to choose somebody else. She said I had lots of problems (her) and that I came off as a Narcissist. Nice. She's a psychologist that has no people skills and anger issues. After this review Irvani's response was that I was not her patient, her typical comeback. I clearly stated that my husband, who had ALS, was her patient and instead of helping him deal with dying, she contributed to his rapid decline by instantly deciding I was the depressing problem and recommending he go live with his daughter in Chicago. She told the daughter to come and get him. He hated it there so they sent him to South Carolina with his Ex! (daughter's mother) He begged me to come and get him which I did. He was so much weaker after that travel and never bounced back. I wanted to get someone else but the VA was so backed up with referrals it never happened. Irvani's contract ran out Aug 1 and he died Oct 11. I have emails where she told him I was mentally disturbed, a bully and a narcissist and he should tell my family to get my Power of Attorney away from me in dealing with our affairs. We had been married 22 years and had a trust. What psychologist does that!!! She should be banned from the profession and I'm hoping to make sure she is never referred by the Veterans Administration again."
"Dr. Irvani is wonderful, she has helped me through my hardest times. I've now come out of a 6 year deep depression, high anxiety with major paranoia. She has over the last 3 years talked me through my craziness. Now I'm working, socializing and living life. If I could give her 100 stars I would. She is the best therapist I've been with and I've been with many. She put in the work, many times she would talk to me even when I didn't have an appointment. I would recommend her everytime."
"Dr. Irvani is honest and sincere with her approach in helping you, you want honesty with each other and the truth. Sometimes the truth hurts and you have to work through why your there, it takes time. Dr. Irvani is not rude, she is not there to make up reports for you to scam the system. Not all Psychologist work, you might need to find another one to have a good fit however this type of help takes time and patience, be safe and understanding."
"As a REAL patient, I have had very positive results with Dr. Irvani. My experience after six weekly sessions are the antithesis of your supposed experience. She is a great listener and professionally probes to find the root cause of my problems. Dr. Irvani is unaware of this post. I went to her google listing for her phone number and saw these two wacko reviews. If you are real people, you don't need a psychologist, you need serious psychiatric care. Why don't you take a chance and leave your mom's basement to get some help."
"Sad to see someone who is supposed to deal with patients use such language and response. If someone in unhappy with you as a therapist, that's their opinion. You need to maintain a professional attitude because that's YOUR JOB. Hopefully future clients see your response here and avoid you. You should never belittle clients. Regardless if current, new, or old"
