"I’ve been taking my now 16 yr old dog here for years. Previously under the ownership and direction of Dr. Sullivan, it was one of the few ethical private veterinarian practices around. However all things must come to an end eventually and the practice was sold. Slowly all the wonderful veterinarian staff defected and moved on. This has truly been heartbreaking. It’s no longer the wonderful place it was. The staff are trying their best to keep things afloat but I’m not sure it’s going to prevail. I feel helpless with my old dog who has a very large file there but no real great care options elsewhere."

"The place is just way too busy or at least too overbooked. My cat was sick, and I could only get an appointment a month out. We were returning customers, and I trusted that the vet was providing good care and not just trying to upsell me. But we ended up going to urgent care instead, and she unfortunately passed away within two days. This vet is good if your pet doesn't need that much care and just checkups, but I wouldn't rely on them (for now until they're less busy) if you're super concerned about your pet."

"Wow I thought this place was a good place to go but they are just like every other vet and want to charge you up. I brought my dog for the first time thinking it was free because I called a month ago to make an appointment and they their next appointment was today. They explained to me that since it's her first time they offer a free exam. I got her rabie shot and when I went to pay they charged me for the exam. When I got the recipe I asked why they charged me because it was her first time. The lady asked the doctor and told me because she cheduled it as an office visit. I was confused and asked the difference between a free visit and a office visit and she became unprofessional and with a condescending tone said we don't give free visits anymore. When I left I checked thier website and it says they still give free visits until Oct 31 and today is the 24th. On top of th at when I got my dog from getting her shot she was still bleeding like they never cleaned the area where they gave her the shot. The lady told me I don't know what to tell you when I said it was her first time that it should be free. When I had said that yall told me before booking the visit it was free she just looked at me like I was dumb. I said that that's how you lose business and she said that "it's fine." Very unprofessional and say one thing and do another. So I got charged an extra 80 dollars when on thier website it says it's free."

"We had to put our Teddie Bear to sleep a couple of days before Christmas. I was a mess. The Dr I could not tell if he said Dr. Mitchell or Dr. Mitsell. He was very kind and reassuring. The staff there was all nice too! I was feeling very bad and they helped me through the rough time. I know different people get along differently but they made it as great an experience as it could be- for euthanasia. I had chosen to cremate Teddie Bear and her ashes came back in an adorable little box with a little lock and a plaque with her name engraved on it. That was such a hard time for me and the staff was so loving. I won't forget it."

"I love the doctor's here! They're always so patient, detailed and caring. I take all my fur children here... We are all happy with their care. There's no appointments. It's first come, first serve. You will have to wait a bit but their pricing is reasonable and the care is great!"
