"CVS on Alamo calls to let you know your prescription is ready and when you go down there it is not and have no clue as to when it will be. Unacceptable!"

"Was told I couldn’t try a coupon over the phone because this man “has better things to do”. It ended up taking less than a minute for him to try my coupon but I guess he’d rather have a 25 minute phone call where he tells me I’m wasting his time. Maybe have just the tiniest bit of empathy for a person who is trying to lower the price of a $323 life saving medication."

"My husband was having surgery today so they sent in the prescriptions he would need yesterday. I go to pick them up today and only one of the three are ready. They told me to come back in 1 hour. I came back in an hour and the other two prescriptions still weren't ready, it took a half hour more. All the while my husband was in severe pain at home. The staff here are tired and overwhelmed, one man was incredibly rude, both to me and to the elderly customer ahead of me. They only have one pharmacist working and no one else was allowed to do anything. So incredibly frustrating!"

"UPDATE: the photos below no longer represent this pharmacy front. I contacted CVS and they cleaned it up beautifully and restocked the front etc. Still the nicest most overworked staff ever. Original review: For the most part nicest staff ever at both the pharmacy & the store. The store seems clean & organized however see latest pix here of how dirty the pharmacy desk area has been now for months! It’s so dirty I can’t imagine getting my scripts any longer here let alone a vaccine etc. I’ve contacted corporate & waiting for reply."
