"This rating is not about my therapist who is awesome. This is about foresight as a company. To start, their system is not user-friendly at all, and has been glitchy and created a lot of frustration for me. Second, they require you to cancel within 48 hours otherwise they charge you $125. It should be 24 hours. I had to cancel for a good reason and I asked for a one time waiver on that fee, not only were the unwilling to waive it, but the supervisor was very rude and unkind. I didn’t realize the fee was $125 and she said it was in the initial email they sent me when I first signed up. They actually sent me five emails that first day which was very overwhelming. Who can remember everything in five emails. It just doesn’t feel like they truly care about their patients. If I didn’t love my therapist so much, I would gladly switch services"

"My biggest thanks to Katie, an enrollment specialist. I’ve spent the last week frantically calling every provider my insurance gave me, with no call backs, no one taking patients under 13 and no availability. It was so difficult to get PTSD counseling for my 12 year old and I was grasping at every straw. Katie called me back multiple times and was able to get my daughter booked. I couldn’t stop crying as I hung up from relieve and the fact that she understood my difficulties and actually went above and beyond to help. I cannot thank Katie or Foresight mental health for their exceptional services. Thank you"

"I've had my last 6 appointments in a row cancelled the morning of with two different providers. Every time I've called back and been told that the provider would be in the following week. I've been sticking with it because it is so hard to find a therapist and I kept thinking that there's no way it would happen again so I take responsibility. I should have started looking for a new business after the 2nd or 3rd time it happened. FYI You don't message with the actual therapist, you have to go through foresight admin for all communications which is a major flaw with their business model."

"Almost all of us need moral and emotional support in times like these. I came across Foresight Mental Health while browsing mental health providers, and was impressed with their offerings, which include both virtual therapy and psychiatric services. I chose a provider whose bio I felt comfortable with and I thought could help me with my bipolar diagnosis and occasional anxiety. The online intake form was relatively easy yet comprehensive, and my insurance was accepted. While my provider did have a wait list, it took about four weeks to get assigned an appointment slot with her. I was able to choose how often I could see my provider virtually, unlike Kaiser mental health services, which I used to use that offered every 4-6 week sessions. As someone with occasional anxieties, I’m very happy with Foresight’s messaging platform at their website where we can directly message our provider with any urgent and nonurgent concerns. For comprehensive mental health services, you might do well to consider Foresight Mental Health!"
