"I have been seeing Sepi for almost a year now. I was just finishing up with traditional physical therapy at another location when I started. As my time was ending at the other place I knew I needed to continue therapy in some capacity. The traditional strengthening, stretching, etc. did help me to have improvement but I knew I needed something more. I was so hopeful when I saw that myofascial release was offered relatively close to my house. I was hopeful but still a little skeptical. The therapy that she offers is unlike anything else. It is done in a very relaxing & gentle manner. She also feels & listens to the body in a way where I barely have to tell her what is ailing me. She just knows where to go. "I have delt with horrific periods my whole life and I never would imagine my life changed within one session with the team at from the heart with myofascial release. I had just about given up with trying to find a solution to my painful periods, I had gone to numerous doctors looking for relief and the only solution seemed to be birth control which was counterproductive at the time since I was trying to get pregnant.
