"Poor service and inefficient. Had a prescription to pick up at daly city, asked to pick it up here. When I arrived, the attendant informed me I had to call the other location. Upon calling, I was told the call was "not necessary, have no idea why I was calling for an easy transfer". I was then told the prescription was processing, and to come back later. After leaving, I called the store's pharmacy department and was told by the automated voice recording that the prescription would be ready at 8:40 that evening. When I arrived at 8:45, I found out they were closed at 8 pm. As of writing, I still haven't been able to pick up my prescription, a simple pair of antibiotics and painkillers."
