"Rite Aid on J street is one great pharmacy in Sacramento. Steve the pharmacist is polite and knowledgeable. Payden is fast, clear, thorough and efficient. Nathan is friendly and easy to deal with. David is resourceful, nice and awesome. It doesn't matter how busy they are, if a customer is in need of a certain medication, and if they have it, it'd always take them less than half hour to have it ready for you. All these associates mentioned above are quick, mature, conscientious and take their jobs seriously. My husband and I have been going here for years and love Rite Aid on J st in Sac. "These guys that fill the medication in the back are unbelievable in the worst way. Cortizone in 10 mlg for a few months isent going to kill u. They don't know the relationship u have with ur doctor. They don't know ur car got stolen with ur medicine in it. They want to sit on the other side and give u a health education. Talk down to u like ur a horrible person. They don't know I'm sere what a flair up is and back surgeries but they sure wanted to ask me why I had 19bpills missing. Well my doctor knows and that's all that matters. There job is to not ask it's none of there business. I think they should stick to there job that's filling the scripts. Not asking questions."

"Your staff should know where products are in the store or know how to check if you have the product. This the 3rd location I tried to buy your, Mucus Relief D. First store I went to, I checked the shelf myself to no avail. Even got help but nope. 2nd Location I gave empty package to cashier. Then asked do you have this, he flat out said no. 3rd Location (on J st.) Again I asked cashier if they had, he sent me to row 11. I went there searching three all of the many cold products to find nothing. I didn't give up (it is your STORE brand) stood in line at the pharmacy to which he said it is back here. It took alot of effort on my part to buy from Rite Aide. Really! Have you got so much business you don't need mine?"

"Don't recommend getting your passport photos here. It cost $16.30 and they don't even cut your photos into proper 2" x 2" squares, they just give you both on a single 5" x 7" print. Now I have to take a pair of scissors and hope my scissors skills are good enough for the State Department."
