"Great veterinary hospital. They were able to see my cat very quickly after he was injured and gave him great care. They scheduled all follow up visits on the spot so there was no extra headache trying to schedule and time visits with stitch removal and the like. He's all healed up and playful and we're very grateful. The price of all this care was extremely reasonable especially considering that it was an emergency"

"DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE. Considering we brought ours due to kittens being brought into this world , they did a TERRIBLE job. They took her to the back after she had one baby to see if there were more. Well, the “ Doc “ informed us that he wasn’t sure if it was ONE baby or if it was the BREAKFAST from the morning. They also told us that they were too busy to do a c section on her after expressing our concerns…. She hadn’t had breakfast yet (it was early morning ) and it had been about two hour since baby 1 was born. They recommended us to another vet that could possibly have time to help with the birth. They tried charging for things that weren’t even necessary in this case. We ended up getting a vaccine to help her contractions just in case what they saw “during the ultrasound” was a baby . MOM HAD 5 BABIES TOTAL. All of them, except one and mom, unfortunately passed away. This possibility could have been avoided if they actually did their jobs and actually did an ultrasound or even cared about caring for my pet. It was very obvious they wanted to pocket as much as possible out of our situation with little work being done. I really don’t understand how they could miss 4 babies and confuse one with breakfast ???? REALLY? Think about it, they can’t figure out how to handle a pregnant cat, they obviously can’t handle an ultrasound. Do you really think they would be able to assist in your baby’s life threatening emergency? If you decide to come here I really do wish you good luck."

"Lovely staff, everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Sayres was very patient and empathetic with my questions, and offered me options for my cat without being pushy. My little floof is recovering well and I definitely trust them with his continued care ☺️"

"I’ve definitely found a vet I can trust and rely on with the health of my cat. My cat was very sick and my scheduled appointment at another vet clinic apparently never existed. After calling around for last minute appointments, I found University pet hospital and they were able to squeeze me in that same day, about an hour later! Everyone- the vet techs, the front desk, the doctor, were all so nice and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. Dr. Munoz was knowledgeable and immediately knew what was wrong with my cat and how to treat him. I am so thankful for the kindness you guys showed me that day and my cat is doing great now thanks to you ❤️"

We had been taking our lil dog to these folks for over 10 years until his passing and we cant begin to thank them for the loving care and treatment they gave to beloved dog Scrappy.
