"Your can't go wrong visiting this pharmacy. The staff are always helpful and friendly. And i always use the coupons to save some extra $$. You can ask the pharmacists questions about your meds and they will help you. They are experts at knowing meds, that's their job!"

"The older lady with the glasses and blond hair was really rude and had a nasty attitude when I went in there my last visit. I basically got passed around to different employees until I ended up at the pharmacy window and explained my situation as to what was going on (all I wanted was some help or guidance) and what brought me there and oh my god, the way she responded back to me and her tone was so awful and trashy and basically tried to make me feel like I'm an idiot for even talking to her. She didn't offer any type of help or assistance in any way, she just brushed me off so I gave her the same attitude right back to her and left. Not sure if she was a supervisor or manager in the pharmacy but I'd really hope someone like that isn't. The female cashier seemed very clueless to a lot of things as well and the service just sucks, if you ask me. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. This location is closest to my house but I've been to way better ones and I won't be back here ever again, I'll drive further to a different store and feel much better spending my money there."

"The pharmacy staff here... well I'm not coming back to this location. I have Kaiser and was told by my insurance that the flu shot would be covered at various pharmacies including CVS. The staff at this location does not take the time to explain things properly. They said my insurance "wouldn't go through" and that the shot would have to be paid out of pocket at $29.99. I went to another location (Lemon Grove) and they explained, after working very hard to try and get it covered through insurance, that the reason it wouldn't go through is because only a certain brand is covered by KP and that they happened to be out of that one at the moment. They offered to have me come back the following week when it comes back in stock. Since I needed it for work ASAP, because I'm the world's biggest procrastinator, I was fine with paying for it. They even provided a 5 dollar off coupon which brought the price down to $24.99! Excellent customer service at the Lemon Grove location. I appreciate when people take the time to explain things to me. The staff there are ALL excellent!"

"Parking at this location is almost always pretty convenient. I actually was on a hunt for a friend's gift which included getting her favorite yellow skittles bag. CVS was the fourth store I had been to and they actually had it! Sometimes you have to wait to check out even when you're the only person in line, but it's probably due to being under staffed. No biggie though in the big scheme of things."
