"I don't recommend Vetco at Carmel Mountain. Don't waste your time. I went there for a vaccine and a skin problem, had a confirmed appointment, but upon arrival, they said the schedule was full and couldn't see my dog. They are irresponsible and poorly organized. If you care about your dog's health, I don't recommend this place at all."

"I do not recommend this clinic. Don't waste your money. We arrived with a dog who had a severe rash and itching, he was constantly scratching and losing his hair. They billed us $600 for unnecessary procedures and did nothing to help us. When we arrived at another clinic, the first thing the veterinarian did was take an analysis of this rash. This is understandable, how can you treat something you don’t know? Now our dog has made significant improvements."
