"Went to the vet for pet eye issues. They suggested additional services before addressing the main problem, leading to frustrated emotions and a $800 bill for surgical testing and other upsells. No public bathroom; directed to a nearby groomers. The experience was not welcoming, including how the vet handled my pet. She handles a lot of animals. I suggest slowing down and taking time building trust with the animal. I had to intervene to get my cat to trust the vet. Communication with the pet and a more cautious approach would have been appreciated. Address the main issue first and then subtle upsell if needed don’t lead with the upsell as that is that made your approach seem desensitized. I’m going back to my regular Vet who was not taking appointments because they were fully booked. Now I have to wait for that appointment."

"I can’t express how thankful I am for the amazing staff here at Vet4HealthyPet. You guys saved my English Bully’s life. After Morris’ pre op went south, they performed an emergency surgery and got Morris a spot at an overnight ER. Morris wouldn’t have made it out the other side without the great staff here. Bill was always transparent, staff always had a smile, and the doctors are specialized. If you have a pet, especially a bulldog, this is the place to go. No other vet can match the decades of experience that these guys have."

"We had some surgery done by Dr. Kraemer years ago and had a great experience. This last time we were seen by Dr. Yoo. I really enjoyed our consultation/exam with Dr. Yoo. He was very attentive and never felt like he was in a rush. He spent a lot of time with me and my dog. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never pushed me into any treatment. If anything, he talked me out of certain treatment due to my dog's situation and it had low success rates for her age and degeneration of disease. He seemed very minimally invasive in his thinking which I like. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone, especially if they have a short-nosed dog. They specialize in these type of dogs.
