"I want to address the issue below that a customer had with a pharmacist. I have an arthritic spine, diabetes, anxiety & depression and EVERYONE in the pharmacy has been been SUPER HELPFUL throughout all of my problems through the past 30 years! My parents also used the pharmacy and also required scheduled medications. The pharmacy staff has ALWAYS been compassionate and helpful through all these trials and tribulations! Recently, my father passed on and I had to move. I think I will miss the kind and caring pharmacists MOST of everything and everyone in my now former home neighborhood. Oh, and ma'am, yes, we are also Jewish and that ridiculous charge was in poor taste, uncalled-for, and is absolutely, positively false! They loved my dad and were wonderful to our family - when it was still a family and not just me. They were so helpful to us through so many difficult times. I will miss the pharmacy staff so very much. You should apologize for throwing out such a nasty charge at these health heroes. Also, they vaccinated me for both COVID and shingles. I am so very grateful for everything. I will soon have to transfer my prescriptions over to my new neighborhood, but I sure don't want to. They are WONDERFUL PEOPLE!"

"This used to be a great Pharmacy. Then there was a change in Personnel, and a Pharmacy Manager named Herschel was hired. As soon as he started, I could feel, what I always considered my favorite Pharmacy, change in a flash. I’m a 61 ambulatory woman facing a Spinal Fusion the 30th of October. Besides Severe Scoliosis and the inability to walk over 20 steps, thus requiring me to have the most evasive back surgery there is. I also have a Severe case of Interstitial Cystitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and need another Bunionectomy. Herschel who is the Managing Pharmacist REFUSED TO FILL TWO PRESCRIPTIONS I HAVE BEEN ON FOR OVER 5 years. I’m ambulatory, and this caused me so much physical pain, because if I miss a doseage of my medicine for my Bladder Disease, I went out of remission. I have ONE Pain Dr. that manages my Narcotics. I never go in early, and spend $150.00 a month on all of my prescriptions. I went to another Pharmacy who happily filled them. I think I was targeted BY HERSCHEL for being Jewish. On the good side Christine, Melanie, and Tiffany ARE GREAT. ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE BUNCH. I’m so upset I’m closing out my account at US Bank which is inside Albertsons where I’ll never go to shop again. I came home, had to go out AGAIN and have an emergency treatment on my bladder. If you require any medication that contains opiates or benzodiazepines, I would advise you to use another Pharmacy or call first and make sure he is not working that day. If you need Antibiotics or non-narcotics this is your Pharmacy. I never want to see another Sav-on or Albertsons again."
