"Firstly I love my CVS inside Target. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable, helpful. This review is about the CVS on 4040 Chapman in Orange I was appalled that there’s no shopping cart there. How do you expect people to shop without one I asked the worker there and she just shrugged her shoulders saying that people steals them. If that’s the problem I would think a big corporation like CVS would hire people to help with minimizing the loss by different preventative measures To say the least I was extremely disappointed. What a shame"
"They close for lunch from 1:30 - 2. It’s 2:15, there are 6 people in line, and they just opened. Apparently they don’t teach you how to tell time in pharmacy school."
"It’s way more than a pharmacy"
"One of the pharmacy tech here just was unnecessarily rude. I politely asked about picking up a prescription and they just kept snapping at it to be “louder”. The abruptly pointed me to drop off rather without just stating simply that a prescription needs a re-approval. Just get repeating “I don’t have a computer here” A matter of simple miscommunication which could’ve easily solved by saying - “I won’t be able to help you here but the drop off can answer your questions”"
