"I was confused when they took our dog to the back for a simple check up. He was then left there for 20 minutes. He was scared and we could hear his barking from the lobby, but they did nothing. The Dr was confused when I asked to have him back. It’s like the pound where they must be so used to dogs being upset and scared it means nothing. I can’t find the logic in separating a pet from their owner for such a period of time."
