"This place is amazing, our dog who is 18 years old was having trouble wheezing we called 5 surrounding hospital all out of oxygen showed up to one and was turned away luckily we found this gem they immediately tended to our boy Oscar, and did all the necessary test and ensured us he was in the best of care. The staff are so friendly and spoke to us with compassion, also very clean environment. Would recommend this place hands down. Thank you to the staff for helping us out Oscar thanks you."

"Have been using thier services for over 20yrs. I have visited with several different family pets through the years. I just visited with our new 14 wk old toy poodle puppy who is suffering with ear infection and now diarrhea. I called to get results of a fecal sample I dropped off on a friday expecting to get the test results back on saturday. Unfortunately I never received a call. I called Monday morning and had the displeasure of speaking to a rude employee who almost had me end services with this establiahment. I decided to speak with Dr. Blanchard directly and voice my concerns and she was very understanding and assured me this is not the reflection or direction of her or the office. I am very pleased and feel reassured that this is still our family's vet & hospital. I especially give thanks to Caitlyn for her professionalism and love for our Bruno!"

"Dr. Ric and the staff at Redlands Animal Hospital are simply the pinnacle of veterinary care and compassion. They have cared for several of my pets over the years, providing excellent care. Recently it was time to put my 15 year old dog down. Dr. Ric was so very compassionate, taking the time to explain why further treatments for the dog would be expensive and ultimately counterproductive, how the process would ensure she felt no pain. She never cried out or experienced any fear at all. It was peaceful. He sat with me before and after the procedure as I comforted my animal and as I mourned the loss. I could not ask for better care for my pets. Thank you, Redlands Animal Hospital, for your excellent, compassionate care."

"Was able to get in last minute when someone canceled. This place is busy but was worth it. Staff is friendly they took excellent care of my cat. I was concerned with his respiratory issues but they also found he was backed up in his GI tract, he needed IV fluids, we adopted him 9 days prior. Two weeks later he's doing great. The vet is very knowledgeable and answering all my concerns. I'll be bringing my other fur babies here!"
