"Food and cocktails were really delicious. The beet salad was amazing. The pork belly dish with sourdough and cheese was really savory. The cauliflower lived up to other reviews and was very well done. The lamb entree we got was perfectly cooked with great flavors. It was during Sundance film festival, so I will start with that but that service was SOOOO slow. We poured our own wine the whole night. I wish the pork belly dish had been spaced better between the salad/cauliflower and the entree. There was a huge time gap (just looked at pic timestamps and was a full hour) and it was too much coming out with the big lamb entree. The waitress did take the corking fee off without us saying anything, so I suppose she knew her service was lacking but as a whole if you’re going charge those kind of prices during Sundance ($20 cocktails), you should also be able to match your service to your prices."
"Amazing!!! The atmosphere was incredible (went during Sundance 2024 and not too loud even though it was busy and the decor and lighting very ambient). The Gin+Honey+Olive oil drink was superb! Refreshing but also the slight warmth/savoriness of the olive oil felt perfectly warm on a cold January day. As for food, the octopus was brilliant- bold flavors yet still felt light when eating and the peppers added a perfect kick. Also tasty we’re the Brussels (light with a little tang and small crispies that added the perfect airy crunch to the dish) and Sourdough toast (medium heavy and warm/savory). Highly recommend."
"Overall, a very very nice experience. Elyse was a fantastic server... Very personable! We started with the meat and cheese board and this was quite excellent. Two of us then split the fried chicken... Perhaps just the tiniest bit overcooked so slightly dry. Bavette steak great. Striped bass also wonderful. And, the desserts were very very delicious! Oh and the best margaritas yet in Park City."
