"Both doctors that I have seen with my pets here are very professional, friendly, and good at communicating. The front desk and technician are usually very friendly as well. Unfortunately, my most recent visit went very poorly. One of my pups had a few minor ailments and was due for a vaccine, so i made an appointment for her. Her condition suddenly got much worse, and when I called them to see if i could bring her the day before her appointment they could not fit her in and recomended going to an emergency vet. They texted me that evening to check in on my pets status. At no point did they state they were canceling my appointment. The day of the appointment, my dog was still in incredible pain, and the emergency vet had not found anything definitive. I brought her to her scheduled appointment and when I tried to check in the front desk was dumbfounded that I was there, stating I had canceled the appointment. Things did not improve from there. They did "fit her in" and saw her right away. The rudeness of the front desk and vet technician was enough that I don't feel comfortable going back. I would not trust them to handle high stress situations well. The care my dog received from the vet was good, although he had not had time to review her results because he had no idea we were coming in"
