"They were able to give me a same day appointment. Apparently one generally has to book several weeks in advance or go to an emergency clinic which is VERY expensive. The staff was caring and supportive. Price was good considering it is an urgent care clinic."

There was a longer than expected wait time due to a few emergency cases, however this team was worth the wait, and even accommodated my same day appointment! Despite dealing with a few emergency cases that day, the staff's professionalism and commitment to the well-being of every pet was uncompromised. Although my concerns for my dog were non-critical, they treated my dog and me with a high degree of care and attention, making me feel welcome and ensuring I left with peace of mind. Their ability to balance emergency cases with non-emergencies while maintaining exceptional care is a testament to their expertise and dedication.
