"I get called back in a timely manner and u know my pet is in good hands with Dr Spence and his staff. I can get an appointment the same day or early next day for those all-so-famous needs if not a well check but not an emergency visits. The staff is responsive to my doggie’s needs by answering the phone every time I call, listening and even remembering what my last visit was about! They are never too busy because they are not a huge organization with multiple DVMs and assistants. They care. Thank you 101 Vet"

"I tried 3 other local Vets before finding 101 Pet Vet & finally feel like I have the best for my fur babies who deserve the best. Dr. Spence is so calm & patient. I truly feel like he listens to my concerns & I appreciate his thorough explanations. I also enjoy his corny jokes & silly personality. Only complaint is he calls his staff "the girls" but that's my own pet pieve issue :) The staff at 101 Pet Vet are ALWAYS so kind, friendly & inviting. They too have a calm & patient presence about them. I need to do better about remembering their names so I can give them the individual praise they deserve. If your fur babies are your world like mine are to me, there's absolutely no other veterinary office in the area that's comes close to their greatness."
