"My daughter is taking swimming lessons for the past year and doing good so far. She is taking classes with Jazmine and I couldn’t be more happier, as she is patient, kind and gentle towards all her students. I highly recommend Jazmine as an instructor and as a friendly person. She analyzes and understands the strength and areas of improvement of the student as the class advances. She goes every extra mile to help, which is highly commendable. I feel the classes are little pricier and I think the management should really look into it. They could try to increase the class duration from 20 minutes to 30 minutes, as it might help both the instructor and the student to get more pool time and interaction. I prefer this place only for the instructor Jazmine. The scheduling of classes through the website may be a little trickier and confusing and becomes easier when you use it regularly. The customer care representatives are ready to help anytime if you call, but makes it a little annoying to call them every time when you want to schedule a class."

"If you're looking for a patient and understanding swimming instructor, Jazmine at Waterworks Swim is the perfect choice! I have been taking lessons with her and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of instruction I've received. As someone who has a fear of the water, I was feeling nervous and intimidated. But Jazmine immediately put me at ease with her kind and compassionate approach. She always made sure I felt comfortable before teaching me each step and took the time to answer any questions I had. Jazmine's teaching methods are incredibly effective and I was amazed at my progress. She never pushed me beyond my limits, but encouraged me to challenge myself in a safe and supportive environment. Her positive attitude and encouragement made me feel confident in my abilities. I highly recommend Jazmine and the Waterworks Swim team for anyone seeking a fantastic swimming experience. "I bought a package on their website for 8lessons. They have canceled their lessons for the last 2 weeks. They didn’t even call and tell me, I show up with my child and nobody is there so I had to call. LA fitness knew nothing about it either so it was very odd. To make up for it they gave me 1 free lesson and sent me to northridge location in the meantime. Further away but fine I will do it until Woodland Hills opens. I go to northridge and the teacher runs over time with her previous student so my child only got a 12 minute lesson. I call them again and they claim they would give me a free lesson, never did. I go to northridge a couple more times, I’m used to it. Now I try to call and schedule a few more lessons there while I wait for WH and I’m told that they can’t convert the lessons unless I pay more because The lessons at northridge cost $5 more. I’m so over these people, problem after problem. I would not recommend them to anyone."
