"Students are attentive and courteous. Teachers are present throughout to oversee procedures. Very thorough examination. Fairly good scheduling"
"If I could give a negative 10 rating I would!!! This place is the absolute WORST place ever!!! I went in for a simple exam and x-rays and was there for 3 hours and still NO x-rays!!! Out of frustration I had to get up and walk out. What a complete poop show this place is!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy!!! Both students and actual dentists are rude and have absolutely NO business being in the business!!!"
"My recent personal experience with the University of Southern California (USC) has left me with serious concerns about the culture and values promoted within the institution. From what I’ve observed, USC seems to cultivate an environment where self-importance and superiority are overly emphasized. This mindset, often instilled in students, can lead to a distorted sense of entitlement and a disregard for the impact of their actions on others. Furthermore, there are alarming signs of ethical issues within the academic system, including incidents of cheating and unfair academic practices, which question the integrity of the education provided. The faculty’s attitude towards students, as witnessed, appears to undermine their confidence and professional growth. My personal ordeal, tied to a USC graduate’s drastic change in behavior and ethical stance post-graduation, underscores the potential negative influence of such an environment. It’s crucial for prospective students and their support networks to be aware of these aspects and carefully consider them when choosing an educational path."
"THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! I’ve tried calling to book an appointment, however the students answering stated that they are too busy. Keep in mind that I’ve called multiple times and in different days. I always receive the same answer when I call and that my only option is to leave a message. I asked how long it would take for them to reach out and they said that up to a week or more ( just to make an appointment!!!!). I also asked if it was possible to talk to someone else about the issues that I’m having and they would say no or rudely hang up on me. I was referred here by my primary doctor since I’ve had problems with my TMJ/jaw . It affects daily tasks and I’m constantly in pain I was told that it would be the best place to go since they have doctors that specialize with the problems that I have. But I can’t handle waiting for that long just to make an appointment!!!"
"I got a flux on a molar tooth. Abscess. I went to a free clinic for the homeless. They took a picture of this tooth, prescribed antibiotics. The doctor gave a referral to this hospital. I came twice at 16:00. The doors are closed, but the sign says that they are open until 17:00. The third time I arrived at 15:40. The worker looked at the doctor's recommendation, a picture of the tooth, then said: "You need to go back to the free hospital and take a picture of the whole mouth." I just came in shock. I have a toothache, and I am again sent to take a picture of the entire mouth. For what? Don't they have x-rays, if that's what it takes. And I have special insurance that covers dental treatment. I don't recommend going here. It is better to go straight to a private clinic."
