Dr. Jones does not seem to have much sympathy for her patients and I question her choice to work in the mental health field if she has such little compassion for people."

"It’s a really bad experience for me to submit such a low review. Tanisha Jones was very unprofessional. I’m not sure what exactly her scope of work entails, but she certainly isn’t solutions-oriented. She’s also rude and abrasive (unprofessional). I understand there aren’t many specialists in the area, but I would definitely not recommend going to her or Psychological and Substance Abuse."

"Poor communication and follow-up. Deeply disappointed in the office's professional acumen. Now that you provided a CYA statement allow me to go further. During the one and only session with my child on telehealth, there was a network issue on your end which resulted in a short session. Neither you nor your assistant followed up with a call explaning the situation after my repeated calls and messages. The following week, I finally spoke to your assistant and asked what happened. Your assistant said you terminated the therapy and when I inquired more about it, she said it was due to the session being on video. What's more unprofessional is when I took the argument away by saying we would come in, she said you still didn't want to do it which makes me believe there was more to the story. So please do not respond to my review almost a year later to put a statement out trying to throw hints (shade) because you failed at the number one thing that most clients deserve; full transparency. The client relationship ended before it started due to poor communication and now exaggerated statements about what "might" have been the issue from your point of view. Should've taken the 1 star without commenting. I stand 10 toes down on what occurred. You said "...the treatment may be discontinued and referred to a different provider or insurance company." Then why wasn't that done for us?"
