Worst agency I’ve come across in the country thus far. Have never had an issue with Allstate before, but this specific agency/location gives them a bad reputation."

"Once you are able to get ahold of someone, you are probably in good hands, but getting through is another story. I had called back three times and with the wait time , I couldn't wait any longer . My work doesn't allow me to be on my phone, then I call again on lunch and again , a waiting game. If it wasn't for this bad experience , I belive I would have rated them higher."
