"Very unprofessional and rude they always call the day of appointments and cancel and never reschedule when u finally call appointments are always months out very inconsistent and not good with children dental work my son gotten work here before and they improperly gave him shots causing extra bruising and swelling to the gums all for a filling I would never take my child here or recommend them"

"Put a crown on in December in it already fell off in March. They capped my son's three front teeth in silver instead of white. I was first told that white was an option and then later told that my insurance doesn't cover it so that's why they did the silver, basically I had to pay $450 out of pocket to have them re-capped in White. The lack of communication make this place no good. I don't feel my son's 3 front teeth needed to to be capped.... it was around Christmas time so I feel the doctor just did that so he could Bill my Medical as much as he could, getting a nice little bonus to buy Christmas presents. They don't listen to you as a parent. I asked them not to sedate my son prior to x-rays and they went against my wishes, my son then was uncooperative for the x-rays and we had to come back the next time they listened though, or else! Only came here because they accepted my medical but I'm looking for somewhere else."
