"Tried to refer a surgery patient to them for post-operative PT. Sent all the paperwork on 2/19/19. Called the next day to follow-up and was told they hadn't received the referral. I faxed everything again and called later on and was told that they got everything and that the patient would be called and scheduled. The patient comes into the office 2 weeks later and says that he never heard from them, so I call Rancho PT and I am told that they never received the referral. At this point I should have just walked away but it was difficult to find someone in network in the patient's area so I sent the paperwork yet again. I called right after to make sure they got the paperwork and was told the new patient coordinator was at lunch. I asked when she would be back and was told that she actually went home and was not at lunch. So I call the next working day and was told that they did not have the paperwork again. So then I walked away and found someone else, a little out of the way but at least they were responsive."
