"First off I will admit that we have missed a few appointments without giving notice. None of which were intentional. My child was receiving services for an array of reasons. The times that we missed an online appointment were due to me having to deal with situations relating to him. I am sorry if dealing with my child and their feelings takes priority over remembering that we have an appointment. I paid the $50 no show fee. I am however, extremely disappointed and saddened that instead of reaching out to me and seeing if circumstances have changed that I receive an email saying that all future appointments, (all 999 according to the email), have been canceled. This group obviously saw my child as a number and not a person. There were many instances where his therapist was anywhere from 15-30mins late logging on. I do not recommend this medical group."
