"Of all vet places I have taken my pets over the years I wish I would have found this place years ago. This place is very accommodating. I recently had to euthanize my buddy/ family member of almost 16 year. Even though it was hard they were very helpful with the process. If I had to do it all over again I would do it here again. Thank you all for being very sensitive especially with family being there."
"RUDE, SELFISH, UNSYMPATHETIC!!! I had to call to ask if they could provide euthanasia services for an old rabbit. The person I spoke with was ruthless and cruel! They have a vet who's so ALLERGIC to rabbits, they told me that I would have to HOPE to schedule in advance! Who PLANS to have an issue?!?! When I broke down into tears, I was harassed to continue speaking. There were FAR BETTER ways to handle this situation. Instead, I had phone numbers thrown at me with a chipper "Good Luck!" I WILL NEVER BRING ANY ANIMAL TO THIS CLINIC EVER AGAIN!!! Loss is hard enough without your attitudes and cruelty!! Learn some sympathy and basic human compassion!!"
"Dr Fitch gave my 11 month old Siberian Forest cat life saving hip surgery after he was hit by a car. After Finn healed, we tried to make an indoor cat out of him, but he literally went up walls trying to get out. My mom lives in a much safer area for cats, so she adopted him. Because of the amazing work of Dr. Fitch and his staff, Finn continues a life well lived, leaping up fences and jumping rooftop to rooftop eight years later! Happiest of holidays to Dr Fitch and Beacon Vet!"
"My reviews are mixed .I would give a five star rating while my dog Cooper was inpatient and hospitalized for approximately eight days. His care exceeded all my expectations.I was briefed daily by a veterinarian and the technicians texted pics,I was forever grateful (We live approximately three hours from clinic)Coopers paralysis of his hind legs materialized within three hours. We we’re fortunate to find this clinic that agreed to relatively immediate surgery. We were given guarded hope prognosis of Coopers recovery.Fast forward eight months today.Following our 21,000.00 dollar bill with Beacon. We have been diligent with Coopers weekly physical therapy and acupuncture.Due to finances and an additional 2500.00 spent on therapy,we will decrease to monthly in August. We are seniors on a fixed budget and this has been a tremendous financial hardship. My current issue is an emotional tearful call I made to clinic requesting a pro bono follow up visit for our Cooper.Cooper remains paralyzed incontinent of both bladder n bowel.I reached out to Beacon with the hopes of a positive response and a follow up visit for Copper.Unfortunately this never happened.my pleading of additional support fell on deaf ears.Had we not done EVERYTHING Beacon suggested for Coopers recovery I would have never made the request.Regards,Kurt Cindy n Cooper Davis Oh my I cannot believe I never updated this post.I apologize to Beacon Clinic .Nessa Did reach out.She was wonderful caring n so appreciated.Cooper not only had exam but was invited to stay over and even spent time with rehab.Thank you so appreciated."
