"Took my boy in for a gnarly ear infection and the staff was so sweet and attentive from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and kind. Dr. Griscom took her time explaining all different possible causes/allergies and avenues of treatment options. It was very thorough and I left feeling well informed. The vet techs (I wish I could remember their names!) were also so sweet and gentle with my nervous boy. They even followed up with me not only the day after his treatment to see how he was, but again a week later! I greatly appreciate the attentiveness they've showed my dog and I, this was our first experience with them as new patients and it was a great experience."

"The doctors and support staff did a great job recently when we had a somewhat emergent medical need for our pup. We were scared and not sure what to think and they didn’t a great job making sure we knew what was going on and how to help our pup. They checked in with us throughout the day (she had a procedure) sent us home with thorough instructions and even sent her home with a toy. They were great! Next day the messaged to follow up too!"
