Dr. Griscom took her time explaining all different possible causes/allergies and avenues of treatment options. It was very thorough and I left feeling well informed. The vet techs (I wish I could remember their names!) were also so sweet and gentle with my nervous boy. They even followed up with me not only the day after his treatment to see how he was, but again a week later! We were scared and not sure what to think and they didn’t a great job making sure we knew what was going on and how to help our pup.
