Reviews
"I love this team and am so happy to know that my sweet puppy is well taken care of here!"
"I agree whole heartedly with previous review!!! I don’t want to sit in my car while someone takes my cat inside to do God knows what! I want to be in the exam room, talk with the doctor, sooth my shy girl while someone pokes and prods. But almost a year after COVID, and we still cannot go inside. They bring her back out to the car and “oh and here’s your bill for $311. The excuse given was “oh, it’s because we are short staffed….bla bla bla”. I have been taking my dogs and now my senior cat to Camden Pet Hospital for over thirty years and was always happy, getting professional service, but no more. I cannot even speak with a doctor. If you take your pets to this place, maybe you should reconsider or maybe you are happy handing your beloved pet to someone while you sit in your car…."
"Use to love this place but since the pandemic the lack of staff made it impossible to get an appointment regardless of history of care or urgency of critically sick pet. Not a fan now. Today was my first time back and I was told it was no contact visit, which is Not what I agreed to, however now we’re here so what can I do?! New vet Jelena Janjusevic DVM came outside to talk to us while assuring me that my senior cat was “purring and super calm inside” followed by stating I’m the nervous one. This comment was not well received as we have lost 4 cats since 2020, something I mentioned. I will not be going back here for care again, especially while paying $95 for a no contact appointment then an additional $250++ for bloodwork not including medication without being able to validate since I wasn’t inside. If you have to be seen anywhere I would suggest you stay present during exam, we’ve been swindled by vets claiming bloodwork or ultrasounds however when pressed for documentation it gave zero evidence anything was done costing us hundreds of dollars lost w/care still needed. Repeating care you thought you got! I want to be present not only to comfort my fur baby, but to observe the care they are receiving. There is no valid reason why they are still using an outdated Covid rule except it's probably easier for them, especially when we know a mask can be worn inside (not that anyone working there was wearing any.) Save your money and go somewhere that will be mindful of both you and your fur babies."
"Dr. Hodge was fantastic and so compassionate when my dog had to have emergency surgery to remove items from her stomach (hooray for Labradors who eat everything!) during the follow up calls he and his staff were so professional and friendly. I knew my sweet girl was in good hands!"
"Dr and staff wonderful with Shelby my Dad's cat, that I inherited. The Dr took such good care of her even when it was her time for the rainbow bridge at the age of 19 years old. She was so well taken care of. Thank you so much for the great care for her."
