"The customer service was great, the therapist Stephanie Puerta Rodriguez not so much. From the beginning there was no communication from her. Me and my child filled out our questionnaires and that was it. There was no communication with Stephanie on a plan or if I had any other questions. I waited a month or so to see if I’d get some update and nothing. So I reached out. Then instead of doing a family session or something, I’m sure she could have done, she reported me to CPS and they came to my child’s school and investigated me for emotional abuse. I don’t know what was said but I can’t think of what was considered emotional abuse. So instead of her talking to me she called CPS to talk to me. Luckily they’ll be closing it soon and nothing happened. Keep in mind I’m also a single parent, so what was Stephanie trying to do? I thought we were trying to help my child, but instead of talking to me they got CPS involved. Now my child does not want to do therapy anymore. I didn’t even get a message on what I could do to help or anything just another list of referrals to go else where."
