"I observed my sister's engagement with the facility, and as a result, she has made progress. However, I must express concerns about the therapeutic staff's proficiency, particularly noting the therapist's apparent lack of experience, having recently transitioned from a shadowing role. The family therapy sessions were consistently chaotic, demonstrating a deficiency in the therapist's ability to manage and de-escalate situations effectively. Given the vulnerable nature of teenage minds, it is reasonable to expect a team of seasoned professionals. Regrettably, the experience at this facility exacerbated rather than alleviated my sister's trauma. My critique is directed more towards the management's questionable judgment in the hiring process than the individual therapist involved."

"when i was at la habra it felt like a second home. most of the staff helped me a lot and basically saved me (like kriba, maddie, and nicole). some people and stuff that happened there did cause a lot of stress and anxiety. now being almost 2 years since my discharge, i would for sure recommend la habra cfd."

Trauma literally TRAUMA. things that shouldn’t even be happening at and EATING DISORDER TREATMENT. i’m absolutely astonished with how much they tried to make it seem like a recovery wonderland. they take absolutely nobody seriously, patients crying and begging for help and all they would do is look. NOT EVEN CHECK IN. i’m purely and utterly sure they would hire ANYONE. Some diet techs didn’t even know how to CHECK FOOD!!! only a good handful of staff were angels. Do NOT recommend la habra"

"Here at La Habra CFD, I made friendships with staff, treatment team, and patients that I will remember for the rest of my life. CFD taught me that I no longer had to survive. That for once I could learn how to live. That I could get through my PTSD, learn self compassion and use it on my hardest of days. And most of all?
