"Dr. Jessica is awesome for physical therapy - adjusts the program for what works for you, and explains the exercises in detail and really thoroughly addresses concerns and questions."
"I came to this place in a very miserable condition & unbearable pain even my foot was multicolor blue/purple due to a ridiculous ankle injury, I couldn’t step on my foot at all. Since I’m an impatient active person I was doubting I will walk again. I booked my appointment the receptionist was very nice & she worked out with my schedule. (she’ll give you multiple options to choose from) it’s a super busy place, but they make it work. Everybody will receive treatment. Dr. Pari did my evaluation & my consistent question will I walk again. She gave me some exercises until my next appointment. Do not take these exercises lightly and if it’s very painful, do not overwhelm yourself. Little by little do not just stop because they are painful. My sessions were with Chad, he is very knowledgeable & passionate about what he is doing! I’m lucky he was my PT & I Highly recommend him."
"I was already not sure if they were capable of help me due to the fact that I have a very unique hand but everyone in the office way nice so I was going to test it out for a while to see how I felt. Well on my first visit they said I didn't owe anything, my second visit they said it was $25 then said nevermind I asked them three times that day if they were sure and they said yes, then on my 3rd visit they tried to charge me a $41 copay per visit and refused to allow me to have my session until the collected payment telling me that, "your total today will be $123." I told them I would not me paying anything until I spoke with my insurance company. I then asked to have a bill or a breakdown of the charges I was told that they were not allowed to give me one. So I asked for the reference number for the conversation they had with my insurance company, they gave me that. The next day I called my insurance company and talked to them about the situation the first thing they said is that my copay for any office visit is a standard rate of $25, then next thing they told me is that they have no record of this office putting in a claim nor do they have any record of anyone calling, they also informed me that as long as this office is contracted with my insurance that they could not refused service, and finally that by law they are required to give me a bill when requested. I then called the billing department of Seven to 7, and informed Joanna of what my insurance company said she then informed me that hadn't been able to submit my claim because of "something with my zip code" and that they didn't actually know what my copay was because of it and that they "were just going off of what they were told" and that they had to collect a copay of one was required. To which I asked her (4 times because she wouldn't listen and kept dodging the question) why exactly they were trying to collect a payment from me when they did not actually know what I owed or without provided me with a bill and how exactly they came up with the amounts that they did. Her only response way that they are allowed to collect copay, which obviously I understand but what I don't understand is how they could charge me when they don't actually know they amount that they are supposed to charge me for. Anyways many calls later I come to find out they put the claim through to the wrong insurance. I informed Joanna of this so they could fix it, she continued to be rude and inconsiderate to the point that I had to remind her that even though this probably was not directly her fault it is still he job to help me even if I am making her job frustrating because she has to fix these mistakes. I am the only one who is suffering not only are they messing with my finances but they are also hindering my recovery. This problem is almost resolved but I will not being going back due to the headache they have caused me. The worst part is I chose this place due to the fact that it had a 5 start rating."
"I was in horrible, unbearable neck and shoulder pain. The moment I walked in, friendly staff welcomed me. I had 12 sessions there with Dr. Pari who is amazingly kind and patient and checked me o each session. My special thanks to Grace, she is lovely. I had great time there and I could get back on my feet again. Thank you all, highly recommended therapy center."
