"I am beyond grateful for this office! My dog started foaming at the mouth after a trip to the dog park, and I brought her in to see if anyone could possibly take a look at her. Despite the team being busy with a full roster, they found a way to squeeze her in between appointments. They took such good care of her! I have been a Banfield member since we adopted her, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furbaby. Thank you Rony, Dr Lee, and Crystal, for being such spectacular humans and helping this worried dog mom! Y'all are the best."
"I do not understand why this vet does not take you into the exam room along with your pet. I brought my senior cat in for a serious concern and had to answer all of the nurses questions at the check-in counter. She then took my pet into an exam room with the vet and left me in the lobby anxiously waiting. After the exam the vet (Dr. McVey) told me IN THE WAITING AREA that he had found a mass in my cat's abdomen that he believed to be cancer. I had to process that news with an audience as he went over treatment options with me. It was an awful experience."
"Horrible horrible horrible. Our cat is usually fine with vets, we picked him up and they informed us he had peed in his carrier. We took him out and he was soaked head to toe in pee, and when we asked they said he had been in his own pee for 2 or 3 hours. Completely unprofessional and horribly handled. How can pet specialists let a cat sit in his own pee for 3 hours and not even attempt to help him. Don't bring your pet here, borderline abuse. Every employee here should be barred from handling animals"
"I am super satisfied with the kind service of the staff. They really take care of your little furry ones."
"The vets and staff seem to be doing their utmost to attend to the pets. Banfield is always busy. Suggest you make an appointment before you come. This clinic shares the place with PetSmart, very convenient for pet parents."
