"My dog Peanut was a stray before she came home with me and this was the first veterinary clinic that I went to. Every time I had an appointment I would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half to be attended, but it was not a big deal because they were very nice. But one day I had an appointment to get a health certificate to travel and they took once again an hour to come and see me. After, the lady asked what exactly has to be on the report because if they found ticks then they could possibly euthanize her. And she scared me terribly, when my mother reassured me that they would not do that going into Mexico. She also handed me papers to read about because she didn’t know what peanut needed. I think they should be informed of what is needed on a health certificate and not scare owners without the right information. She then said that they would see if they could attend her bc they had people waiting. I had to wait 2 hours to even have someone come talk to me. I told her they had to bring her in especially for the wait I had. The vet also asked me how she injured her eye when she has been that way since I got her. And they didn’t have a record on it???? I had to immediately take her to an eye specialist. Because I had trusted them for 6 months. My pet means everything to me, and they need to do better."

"The only reason this isn't one star is that the office staff was very nice. The vet? He was dismissive immediately of our concerns claiming that they were behavioral. Our cat has barely moved for 3 days and whereas she usually jumps from floor to counter at the rustle of a wrapper or opening of the refrigerator, she has hardly left her bed. She also has had the runs. But I guess that's just a behavor issue.... We will find a vet who cares."

"I've taken my cat three for regular checkup for a couple years now.they are informative and aren't trying to charge you for anything you don't need ,keeping it affordable! And when my cat rays something he sprint they always answer the phone and tell me if i should be worried or not and let me know if i don't need to come in.honest and caring and knowledgeable vet proffesionals"

"I went to this vet at first because I saw so many positive reviews and it was so close to my place. Nice place, but maybe they are only good at dogs treatment, but I'm not sure about their professionalism at cats. 1). He or She? This was my first time. Only for a general check-up for my 3-month kitty. So they requested my kitty's past record for a scanned copy, and the doctor already took a look at the record with a basic background of my kitten before he asked me in. My kitty was a boy. But the doctor kept saying "she" at first. I used "he", and the vet tried to correct me, and he realized my kitty turned out to be a boy after about 15 minutes. 2). Pink nose The vet asked me, "did your cat sneeze a lot, because his nose was pink?" - I was a bit shocked, because all bi-color ragdoll cats' noses were pink, and he knew that was a ragdoll breed already as he mentioned he had a friend who got a ragdoll as well -- this actually shocked me as well, because it sounded to me like he had never seen a ragdoll cat at the vet place before, and the only time he saw one was at his friend's place. 3). A dog was around... When I entered the room with my kitty for check-up, the thing that shocked me most was the doctor had a giant standard poodle around the table. I would say it was fine if the dog was calm, though I didn't understand why he would allow a big dog to be around when he got a feline patient. But the standard poodle was super excited and pounced on my leg. That hurt, man! I could tell the dog was friendly, but he was really too excited and wanted to reach my kitty. This sorta concerned me at first. My kitty was only 3 months. Fortunately the kitty was not jumping over the place, but I really doubted the professionalism at the moment I saw the dog around. My first impression of the vet was actually really good. All the doctors and front desk ladies were like 50+ yrs old, and so I believed they should be very experienced with so many positive reviews... but the whole experience finally was a bit off my expectation. I'll still give it a four star, because their attitudes were genuinely good. But hope my true experience can inform your decisions if you got a cat."
