"Therapists, BEWARE. I have been a contractor for this company for almost a year. I have not received any compensation from this company in the past 5 months. I have sent numerous emails and have received nothing but vague responses or no communication at all. The CEO seems to be the only person in the whole company who can communicate information regarding payments as nobody else on the team seems to have any idea what is going on. While the CEO gave us a date of when we could expect compensation, that date came and went months ago and none of that compensation was ever received. The CEO has been completely MIA since. I have never experienced such bizarre and unprofessional behavior from a company. My heart goes out to the clients who have been negatively impacted by this due to this company's lack of transparency, accountability in breaching contracts, and communication. The mission is great in theory but means nothing if therapists are not communicated with in a timely manner or compensated for their services. **UPDATE** I was finally paid in full by this company as a result of taking legal action. Had I not done that, I am not confident that I would have ever received my compensation. I’m frustrated that it took something as extreme as involving a lawyer when all the company needed to do was communicate efficiently and consistently."

"I have paid for a therapy session and have yet to be connected with a therapist after almost three weeks. I have requested a refund because I am unhappy with the level of professionalism of this service, but will likely reach out to my bank to report this as a fraudulent service/transaction and resolve the issue accordingly."

"Took our money but failed to connect us to a therapist within the 48 hours promised. Eventually we received an email but the website seem to not work properly. There is no customer support number, and emailing them didn't yield any results either. After 2 weeks of trying to use their website and no real customer support we had to get our credit card to issue a charge back. I would not recommend this service to anyone."

"I pre-paid $240 for 4 sessions and should have known better than trying to get a deal for my first time seeking therapy. I got a link to a registration portal, that expired, with no confirmation or way to re-access said portal, then an email after many attempts to contact (no phone number) that I'd been matched with a therapist but again, no way to log in to the portal, and no response to my emails and messages through their website. What shame. I have no idea how to hold them accountable so I assume it's just money down the drain. What a scam to use the language of supporting people of color to just further traumatize us. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY SEEKING THERAPY HERE."
