"I asked many times to them if they could make the properly health certificate to travel with my cat and they say completely yes but they don’t know how to do it. They did a wrong paper, I arrived to the airport and I had to find a new animal hospital to make again every paper that they supposed to gave me. I lost a lot of many and time with them, I would prefer that they told me sorry I don’t know exactly what you need instead to say yes even when they don’t know how to do this process. Disappointed"
